Debbie
Financial Coordinator
Debbie has been working in the dental field for over 30 years, starting as a sterilization tech in her father’s dental practice. It did not take long for Debbie to discover that she was more drawn to the administrative side of the practice and from there she learned all she could about scheduling, insurance and how different offices and specialties do business.
Through the years Debbie had the opportunity to work with every type of specialty and fell in love with orthodontics. Because we get to see our patients frequently throughout the year, so many become like family. We make such a positive change in so many people’s lives and it is extremely fulfilling to help people have form, function and confidence with their beautiful smile.
Outside of the office she loves spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, 2 grandkids and amazing friends.

Hi, my name is Sareth. I have worked in the orthodontic field for 7 years. My parents are from Cambodia, but I was born in Thailand. My parents immigrated to the United States when I was 2 to give us a better life. Everything I do is for them; I want them to see my progress and make them proud. I was raised in Everett, Washington. Took a brief break from the orthodontic field; however, I missed working as a orthodontic assistant. I enjoy the opportunity to meet so many great people. Being able to help aid patients with a beautiful smile, so they can feel confident, is what I love about my job. When I am not at work, I try to spend as much time as I can with my family, boyfriend, friends and my cute furry babies Cece, Oso, and Rufus. I also love snowboarding, being outdoors in the sunshine, cooking and watching lots of movies. I look forward to seeing you in our office and watch your beautiful smile transform.

Hi everyone, my name is Lauren and I’ve been in the orthodontic field for a few years now and am excited to be a part of the Chaison Ortho team! I love interacting with patients and being able to be with them on their journey of braces (or Invisalign)! My favorite part of my job is the big reveal when braces are off and the immediate smile that follows after. Knowing that we helped them get there and seeing how their confidence just radiates brings me joy. When I’m not at work, you can find me crafting up a storm whether it be with paints, making earrings or some chalk art at the office! 🙂 Can’t wait to join you on your journey!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I have been working in orthodontics for nearly four years and I absolutely love helping others reach their smile goals! As a former orthodontic patient, I know the life-long impact orthodontic treatment can have and I am dedicated to making treatment a reality for as many prospective patients as possible. When I’m not at work, I love to read, cook, hang out with my husband Drew, go for long walks with our labradoodle Gus, tend to my growing houseplant collection or catch up on the latest streaming shows.
