At Chaison Orthodontics, we offer orthodontic care to everyone no matter the age!
Kids 7-12 years old – this is a great time to establish care with an orthodontist! With an in person orthodontic exam, we can determine if interceptive or early treatment is indicated and make a plan for the best time to get started. If early treatment is not needed, we continue to follow your child’s growth and development with biannual, complimentary office visits and make recommendations for treatment when the time is right.
Teens 13-17 years old – this is usually the optimal time to start comprehensive orthodontic treatment. At this age, most teens have lost all their baby teeth and are ready to address bite and alignment issues with orthodontic treatment.
Adults 18-80+ – you are never too old to pursue orthodontic treatment! Maybe you never had the opportunity to see an orthodontist as a child. Maybe you had orthodontic treatment as a kid, but stopped wearing your retainers and have noticed some misaligned teeth or your bite feeling off. Whatever the reason, we are happy to see adult patients at Chaison Orthodontics and help them achieve the smile of their dreams!
